Return, Refund and Cancellation

Thank you for shopping at is committed to deliver the products ordered by you in a perfect and undamaged condition. Therefore, each product is checked properly in regards to its quality, accuracy and details as displayed on the website before dispatching to ensure only the best reaches to you.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns

The Policy envisages the terms and conditions under which:

(a) You are permitted to return goods purchased by you, subject to a valid reason;

(b) a refund may be obtained for goods purchased by you, subject to certain conditions;

(c) you may cancel orders for goods purchased by you within a stipulated period of time”

Our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy contains mandatory terms and conditions regarding your acceptance of Products and your limited rights to cancellations, refunds, and returns in connection with your order.


Bath Fable assures to be fair in permitting product order cancellations and returns under limited circumstances to the users of the Website, the Company has to place certain restrictions on the same in order to meet its business, legal and contractual obligations. Return, refunds or cancellations may also vary from brand to brand or seller to seller, in which case each such good sold thereunder will have specific guidelines which will determine the terms and conditions related to return, refunds or cancellations (the “Guidelines”). In each such case, the Guidelines shall prevail over this Policy and it is important for you to acquaint yourself with the applicable Guidelines while making a purchase on the Website. will accept Return or Exchange only if the following conditions are met:

  • You receive a faulty, broken or defective product.
  • You receive a product that does not match what you ordered

The following conditions must be met for returns

  • Return or Exchange request should be made within 3 (three) days from the date of delivery of product.
  • The product should be in an intact condition in its original form, unused, unsoiled and seal must not be tempered. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • The product should be unused and in an undamaged
  • The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.

Please note that the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as this is a non-refundable charge. However, should the fault be ours, we will contact you to arrange a pickup.

To place a return request, please send us a mail at within three (3) days of you receiving the order and we will try our best to resolve the issue. Your email must contain the name of the product and the order ID along with a detailed description of the nature of the concern, and pictures/videos of the product in case of damages or manufacturing defects.

Please note that we may only process exchanges and returns once you have shipped us the product at your expense.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If the products received by you are verified to match with the grievance, you will be reimbursed with the whole of shipping cost and any liability of Bath Fable for delivery of products that are deemed non-conforming (considerable under the terms mentioned above) shall be limited to either:

(a) Re-delivering the non-conforming Products; or

(b) Re-funding amounts for such non-conforming Products to reflect the actual quantity delivered, if any.   


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Bath Fable customer support as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched, we can cancel it and refund your amount.
  • If your order has been dispatched from our end, we do not guarantee that the cancellation request would be fulfilled.

Please add “Order Cancellation Request” in the subject of your mail.

Bath Fable shall not be liable for any non-delivery of Products, unless you or your authorized representative gives written notice to Bath Fable of non-delivery within the earlier of three (3) business days of your receipt of an incomplete Product shipment

At Bath Fable’s sole discretion, any liability of Bath Fable for non-delivery of the Products shall be limited to either:

(a) delivering the undelivered Products within a reasonable timeframe; or

(b) refunding amounts for such undelivered Products to reflect the actual quantity delivered, if any.   

Bath Fable reserves the right to decline or cancel part or all of your product order at any time, for any reason, with or without cause and/or prior notice.

However, If Bath Fable elects to cancel your purchase in whole or in part, through no fault on your end, Bath Fable will refund all amounts charged in a reasonable timeframe.

A Product that you purchase may be accompanied by a manufacturer’s warranty.  You acknowledge and agree that, to the extent legally permitted, all matters relating to any manufacturer’s warranty run strictly between you and the manufacturer; to the extent you wish receive warranty coverage, you agree to follow the instructions included in the manufacturer’s warranty, if any, to obtain warranty service, including but not limited to, as warranty services relates to any Product defects.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Personalized items cannot be refunded unless defective or damaged during shipping
